Booking Your Session
You can book and pay for your session on my website. To go to my bookings page, please click here. You will need to pay for the session or course at the time of booking in order to reserve your place.
Our Cancellation Policy
How to Cancel Your Session
If you need to cancel your session, please call us at 07837 131184 between the hours of 9am and 5pm. If necessary, you may leave a detailed voicemail message. I will return your call as soon as possible.
One to One Sessions
Your sessions and well-being are very important to us. I understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your session, I respectfully request at least 12 hours-notice for cancellations of one-to-one sessions, and two weeks-notice for my dog training courses.
Dog Training Course – Block of 5 Weekly Classes
Spaces are limited, and many of my classes sell out. For this reason, I request that you cancel at least two weeks before your scheduled block of classes begins. This will allow us to offer your spot to another Customer. You may call us at 07837 131184 between the hours of 9am and 5pm to cancel.
Refunds
Full refunds or rebooking are offered to any customer who contacts us to cancelled within the allowed time periods (at least 12 hours before the allocated time for one-to-one session and two weeks before the start date of a block of classes).
A cancellation is considered late when either a one-to-one session is cancelled less than 12 hours before the appointed time, or a course of classes is cancelled less than 2 weeks before the start date of the course. A no-show is when someone misses a booked session without cancelling.
For one-to-one sessions 50% of the payment will be refunded in the case of late cancellation or a no-show.
Please note, I do not offer refunds for late cancellations or no shows for my courses of dog training classes, due to cost of hall hire and the limited number of dogs allowed in each class.
